"They don't answer the phone and it goes to a machine to leave a message. I have left multiple messages for an order missing a whole 3 piece combo w/Wedges. I ordered 3 - 3 piece combos & they gave me 3 boxes & I thought it was the 3 combos I ordered(even though when I picked up one box it seemed a bit light in weight). Come to find out when I got home. I was only given 2 box combos & one box of 3 biscuits(explains why one box was so light). I've called multiple times and left messages, no one has called me back. This place supposed to be 24/7. Check your answering machine people. Guess I'll have to go up there to get this settled. Had to split 2 combos between 3 people. :("

"At this writing, the store has only been open About two months. I’ve been to other Royal Farms with Little to no issues. I must say, just disappointment On a previous visit I checked myself out with nobody up there, and then was confronted, leaving to see if I needed to pay for my item wasn’t terrible just offputting Then this morning I went in for a breakfast burrito with chicken tenders and potato wedges, which does set them apart from anybody else in The area I asked the staff about it and they said they did not carry burritos which is the only ingredient you’re missing to make that item in the Midlothian location so at this point, I really have no reason to go there because nothing differentiates them from anybody else"

"I've been to plenty of Royal Farms & never had a bad experience until I go to the newest I've ever been to. Of course, the location was super clean, it's brand spanking new. I had super high hopes just knowing it was gonna be a Royal Farms opening in a reasonable distance from me. Was super let down by having such high hopes. I should've known something was up when the elder in front of me came back to complaining about his chicken. I too, would have the exact same problem with small & dry wings. Over $2 for a tiny whole wing the size of a winglett is kinda ridiculous, especially for it not to be good. This Royal Farms doesn't live up to the standards that the company seems to share across the board. You can get this stuff off with folks that's never been before but those that have its not gonna hit like you expecting it should."
