"I wanted to like this store, but the owners are WAY overcharging and using dirty tactics to embarrass people into buying and they know it. I know they know it because I've commented on their posts about the poor experience their methods create and they hid the comments each time. For those that are unaware, this business refuses to put prices on their items because they are aware that they are wildly overcharging and that no one would pay $20 for a bag of chips unless they were embarrassed into doing so. They tell you nothing of the prices until you reach the register and have $150 bill on $30 worth of products. This way makes people feel like they have to buy to save face or to avoid wasting everyone's time. It's cruel and unfair especially when there are several Asian Markets selling the same stuff at reasonable prices. Like I said, I wanted to support, but people that try to lie and trick customers into buying instead of being honest about their goods don't deserve support."

"Do not come here. Snacks are over priced and most items can be found at international markets. I recently shopped here from out of town and when I arrived home i can now see that 3 of the bags of chips and 3 drinks were expired from as far away as 7 months ago. Sadly several snacks were consumed by me and my family before thinking to check the dates. I will move forward with making sure this complaint is heard by the BBB and I am hoping to reach management for this poor quality of food that should not be on the shelves."

"Received a package of expired chips, one bag open on arrival. Very disappointing experience. Have not received a full refund - and had to pay $15 shipping for stale chips. Avoid. Everyone should avoid this store online and in person. AVOID."

"Great service, the waiter was very helpful & patient. I got the exotic ice cream with strawberry Hershey crisp, with strawberry cheesecake blended in, it was delicious. I would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth."

"Very fun little specialty import snack store. Lots of amazing items that I've never seen before. I've been seeing some comments about rude staff but my experience with them was really nice. Yes, a lot of the snacks and drinks are very expensive but definitely keep in mind that most of these items you can't find anywhere else and it's costly to import when not buying in bulk, so obviously this has to be passed onto the customer to a certain extent. My real criticism like others have said is there aren't any prices visible so it's easy to get a bit of sticker shock when your items are rung up at the register. Overall I would definitely go back for really hard to find items though!"
