Reviews
"Dr. Baldrate has been our pediatric physician from day one. 14 years later, she continues to provide all three of our children outstanding support and service. If you are able to see her, you will not be disappointed. Both her knowledge and bedside manner are exemplary."
"We love Dr. Baldrate! As new parents, Dr. Baldrate listens and answers all our questions patiently and helps alleviate any concerns or questions we have. One of the best things about Dr Baldrate is that I don’t feel rushed and she really takes her time with her patients. She gives great and clear instructions. Most importantly, she gives gentle and loving care to our preemie daughter (who is now really catching up!)"
"It was my first pediatrician visit for my newborn, and when I first met Dr. Baldrate, it was awkward because she never even introduced herself to me or my husband. Frankly, she made the visit uncomfortable because she was judgmental. My husband and I are new parents, and we are learning. We need support and feedback, not criticism. After enduring labor and a few sleepless nights with a baby, I expected Dr. Baldrate to be warm and inviting. I'd like to think Dr. Baldrate had a bad day. I believe in presuming positive intentions of others. Although I had a subpar experience with Dr. Baldrate, I highly recommend Sally Rader, the nurse practitioner. She is knowledgeable, passionate, and an outstanding listener."
"I’m having a good experience with Dr Baldrate. My baby is one month old and every time I go to the clinic we don’t wait in the waiting room (I imagine that since my baby didn’t take her vaccines yet, it’s good to avoid contact with other kids that are sick in the waiting room). There is a parking space, super convinient because you don’t need to worry where to park."
"They are great doctors and nurses. We've yet to interact with anybody there who we haven't liked and who hasn't done a great job. But there's is one significant drawback: It is nearly impossible to get anybody there on the phone to answer even the most simple questions. They don't employ anybody whose job it is to answer phones, so even questions that could be answered in 10 seconds have to go through their automated system and a nurse calls back whenever one of the happens to have a free moment."
