"Usually pretty clean so I was surprised to see how filthy it was on 12/16/23. What’s up? I heard from the owner after he read the above review and he told me why the day I visited it was dirty. It was an unusual circumstance. He compensated me for the visit which I thought was very professional. Kudos to you for not ignoring but working to resolve an issue!!! I will continue to go there."

"Card reader is still not working. There should be a sign letting customers know. Especially since this was addressed in a review 5 days ago. The wash area needs to be cleaned."

"Great idea, but if you don’t have cash, you’re out of luck. Went with my mother and we both took our dogs. The card reader wouldn’t accept our cards. Someone had mentioned this to me previously, but I had assumed the problem was corrected. Mom had cash so she washed her dog. We didn’t, so went home to put them in the tub. A gentleman was coming as we were leaving. He had cash, but only a $20. Said, “oh well, guess I’ll go home and use the bucket like I always do.” The cash machine only accepts 1,5 and 10."

"First time going to a self service dog wash, all around enjoyed the experience, pretty easy , would have gave five stars, however, the bath is very narrow for big dogs to turn around with ease, and when trying to press the pause button, it didn’t work."

"Found this little gem today and loved it! Brought both my dogs and it was a great experience. It’s nice not having to wash both my dogs in my tiny apartment tub! We will be coming back very soon!"
