"Though they had administrative issues for a short time, I can only say good things about their counselor Denise Bryant. She has been my champion. Always available. She continues to support me in working through the issues. She is a prayer warrior which is what I wanted. She is dedicated to her patients. Eric Crane has been great on the medical side. She, too, is always available and helps keep me moving forward with my medication. She is very helpful. Administrative can be replaced, but the counselors is what helps keep the patients healing. Healing Waters has done a great job"

"I am giving one star because of some of the same issues other patients have reported. I have been trying to get medical records for going on 2 weeks and nobody will respond to my voicemails, emails, or texts. No receptionist is available in any of the 4 offices, whenever I call. Camden is great, but unfortunately, it takes more than a great provider to have a great practice. I am willing to change my review if this office makes serious changes."

"Two times on consecutive days I was stood up by the provider I was on the schedule to meet. Both times it was shrugged off like it wasn't an issue. Phones not answered, calls not returned. Most careless mental health "clinic" I have ever dealt with."

"Without disclosing medical details, they are incredibly reckless and unprofessional. They do have some good providers but the overall management is a disaster. They frequently don't answer the phone or return calls. I asked many times to be contacted by the owner to resolve issues but have not heard from him so I will let the licensing board deal with it. Also some staff are very careless with patient privacy."
