"The staff was super nice at the desk. The doctor named Beth treated me & she was nice as well & seems very educated. She treated my illness in a timely manner, but did not rush me out. My entire wait time was reasonable since here was a few in front of me, but it didn't take forever to see me. I recommend going here. Thank you!"

"So just so everyone knows the hours are not correct. I atttempted TWICE to take my baby that had a fever after work and CALLED to check the hrs bc the last time I arrived at 645-7 and walked in to only find out the provider “hadn’t left yet but she is leaving now.” I called ahead to be seen tonight and they cut off seeing patients @6 regardless of being opened until 8!!! If you work and need to be seen good luck. They will probably start closing at 5"

"I brought my 7 month old to the office at 7:00 p.m. (one hour before closing) on a Wednesday for a suspected ear infection. The lady at the front desk said the provider was about to leave for the night. I was surprised due to the fact that the office wasn’t supposed to close until 8 and we had traveled 25 minutes to be seen. There was no sign on the door notifying the public that the office was closing one hour early or any other notification of this change of business hours. I asked if the provider could quickly check my baby’s ears before she left (she was still in the building), but she refused and left anyways. I’m highly disappointed with this experience with Wythe Rapid Care. If there is an official change of business hours for any reason, I suggest posting that change on your office doors, voicemail, website, etc. so people won’t travel late in the evening to be treated just to be met with “Sorry, my provider is here but she’s leaving. We open at 8 in the morning.” This is very unprofessional and quite frankly shows a total lack of compassion for patients."

"Nothing rapid about this place. The receptionist and nurse both have disgusting personalities and complete disreguard for their patient's well being. This is the most inefficient clinic I have ever been to. Unorganized, an obvious lack of concern for the spread of germs, and a blimish on the face of our community. We took 5 childeren with strep to be seen and instead of letting us all wait out in the van, we were forced into a full waiting room, causing multiple families to leave before being seen. The doctor on sight seems to be a very pleasant, well informed individual. But her credentials are quickly overshadowed by her second-rate staff."

"From the front desk, to the nurse who checked my vitals and took my medical history, to the advanced practice nurse practitioner, I knew I was getting excellent care. They are kind, efficient, and experienced. The waiting room was full, but it was not a long wait to be seen. I'm grateful that we have this practice in our area."
