So now my understanding is ANYONE can access your vital records and the VA will allow it without question."

"I just called here to ask about covid testing, I was told this is a veterans clinic, um ok, and I am not medical professional I was told (answering the phone at a clinic). I told her I understand but I'm not from here and I just need to know where to go in Wytheville to get tested, I was hastily told, CVS or Walgreens in your area. I told her I'm not from this area that I am farther south from Clintwood, she said we are out of Salem, while I was telling her google says they were Wythville va clinic in Wytheville (oh idk maybe so they could fix that) I was hung up on. I DONT HANG UP ON ANYONE, that was RUDE. I have left 2 reviews one in wythville , one in troutsville, both 1 star, both over rudeness. I was on Ohio for 6 months and NEVER treated rudely from anyone. Never met more rude people than what I've met in this part of VIRGINIA. FYI. Maybe just maybe if ya were kinder and said thank you have a good day??? Oh idk try to be nice to travelers...."
