"I have been going to ABT counseling for several years now. For like, 2 years I guess I missed my appointment due to being overwhelmed Between bouncing out life and I had clinicals on top of everything lately . in them 2 years. . I usually communicate with my counselor and remember when my appointments are sometimes, I get overwhelmed with life, and I just forget. The last few months have been extremely hard. Bouncing out work school clinicals and everything else in between. Everything happens for a reason. I will figure out a way to get another counselor cause, obviously, I'm still struggling, and I should have made a difference over 2 years by now. Abt, I hope you do better with your attendance policy and start working with people. There's people out there who don't even try. At least I tried to make all my appointments and get help."
"I visited this place to deal with some severe mental problems I had been facing, while the therapists are very kind, my son Thomas was freezing in the play area while I was in my visit. So much that he got a cold the next day. I saw the workers SHIVERING as well. Unhealthy and inhospitable location that should be for healing!"
"Very disappointed. I called to get an appointment for a loved one and she said i had to call the Roanoke office, which I did. I called her back and she said i needed to call the Roanoke office, i tried explaining to her that i did, and she wasn't listening just kept repeating herself. Customer service these days is horrible. People lack people skills, comprehension and understanding."
