"The lady who was testing was rude at first. But then I realized she was just working a highly stressful job. She was alone, answering mostly all phone calls, while dealing with a lobby full of people. She did an excellent job, pertaining to the necessary functions of her role. I would give 5 stars, however, the company is to blame for allocating 1 person a role for an entire business/location. Imagine going to a restaurant and the host, server, cook and dishwasher are the same person!! That is what to expect at ARCpoint-Salem. Staffing crisis or poor funding?"

"The young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. She also did my drug screen. I arrived at a time when it was a little slow so my wait time was short, but even if it had been longer I'd still have no complaints. I feel a pleasant staff makes any experience so much better. Thank you."
