"I’ve been coming here for about one month. This place is one of the best places in Northern Virginia (Bland Street) for physical therapy. I must say the Kelly the Physical therapist did an amazing job. She was professional,resourceful and respectful and very friendly. She understood my concerns and helped me get on my feet. Front desk Patricia,Kareena and the lady with glass who sits at the front desk was professional respectful and kind. They always made sure I got scheduled and me give medical equipment to take home and exercise. Very professional caring a friendly staff. Thank you from the bottom on my heart! Highly recommended! "I’ve been coming to this facility since December 2019 for my injury, I’ve tried other facilities and BY FAR this has been the BEST place I’ve visited. The P.T. Kelly and Jen has been amazing, Dr. Gowda, Dr. Kemi and the nurses make it very homie. Of course I can’t forget the front desk, Patricia and Karina make the facility an overall AMAZING experience. "They have no common courtesy for employed patients what so ever. So here I am being sent to this establishment as a referral from my legal representative. 1st appointment sat there for 20 minutes after my appointment time for them then to tell me oh the doctor left sorry, he had an emergency. After rescheduling the 1st appointment I have my initial visit with the doctor who is supposed to be treating my foot and back, he goes on to order just X-rays for my back not my foot so as I show up to another office to get my X-rays done, they are only prepared to take X-rays of my back not my foot. Then I reach back out to the doctor, scratch that appointment for the X-ray and more abundant amount of time missed from work only to call the doctors office for them to write the correct referral for my back and my foot. Got the X-rays done, follow up appointment is the next day following, show up to the office at 7:20am and again I’m told by the front desk the doctors not going to be in today, we tried to call all his appointments, really because I was his first at 7:30am with my phone number written 15 times in my file and not a single call received. Then only to find out a week later once they call oh no, we never had you on schedule for that day, that appointment was cancelled so I was blatantly lied to by the front desk personnel. They stated, well we had you scheduled for today at 7:30am, really, I asked by who because after the 2nd appointment of wasting my time I seriously was considering not going back and had not rescheduled since the 2nd appointment, so who was it scheduled by? Corine was quite unprofessional “Ms.Conner, Ms.Conner” as she was asserting but not in fact listening to my statement where then the back pedaling began. All in all, I have a right to be fully transparent about my transaction with this establishment and its communication failures. I know in my patient file I could run out of fingers counting the amount of times my numbers written in there, so really open communication and calling a client and telling them they need to reschedule is perfectly acceptable but what isn’t is wasting my time not once but twice on a visit when no doctor was present. The doctor has now reached out to me personally to apologize for the communication errors and arrange a visit assuring he would be there."
