"I have been seeing Dr Arbogast at Tidewater Physicians for Women for about 2 1/2 years now. I first came to her when I happily discovered I was pregnant with the child that my husband and I had hoped to conceive. We chose TPW because they’re one of the providers that our insurance covered that also had right to deliver at Sentara Leigh Hospital (where we hoped to have our baby). Throughout my pregnancy, Dr Arbogast was kind and empathetic, but always honest. I appreciate her ability to be forward-thinking but not insensitive. While we definitely had some scheduling issues during my pregnancy, our overall experience was excellent for the entire pre-natal process. We chose to deliver at Sentara Leigh and because I had a c-section previously, my insurance required that we deliver this way again in order to be covered in full. In addition, there were certain risks to the baby that we preferred to avoid, so this was the path we chose; scheduled cesarian section. While my heart wanted to try to deliver naturally, the risk was too high. Dr Arbogast was supportive and made every effort to make our c-section as close to natural birth as possible. My husband was able to trim the umbilical cord, we did skin to skin immediately after birth, and we breast fed right there in the operating room. It was as beautiful as we could have hope for under the circumstances. We returned to our hospital room and Dr Arbogast came to check in later on. She was so genuine and kind and we are very grateful for her work. 4 months later, Dr Arbogast also inserted my Nexplanon birth control, quick and painless. I continue to see her for my routine exams and will see her again if we decide to have one more baby. I highly recommend Dr Kelsey Arbogast and Tidewater Physicians for Women!"

"Dr Arbogast and her assistant are kind and patient professionals. Dr. Arbogast was a good listener and took time to help me work through some of my hang ups with care, prescriptions and the check up itself. After going to another provider in the practice for years, I am very glad on my second visit with her to see her consistent in her patience and handling. I appreciate not having to wait for a prolonged time to have my exam , and also not being shuttled through as if I were in a car body shop as I have been a witness to in an other practice. She did refer me to Mid Atlantic imaging center across from their practice for a mammogram, the technician was hurried, rushed and I would not recommend them."
