"I am looking at these other reviews wondering what in the world is wrong with these folks. I have been taking my dogs to the owner of this salon since I relocated to the area in January 2015. I was so excited to find out that this location was opening. Although it's still a 15-20 minute drive for me, Rover's Retreat is more convenient to my residential location and I don't mind a little drive for great service. Kayla is experienced, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. Her love for animals and her pride in her work ensures client satisfaction. As a pet owner, it is up to YOU to advise of any problems with your animal prior to leaving him/her in someone else's care, whether mental, physical, emotional, or otherwise."
