"The heat pump was not working right when it got really cold; we called , and they were able to send someone the same day. He was thorough, and found the problem of the burned-out heat strip. He didn't have any with him, but left and promptly returned although new ones, and replaced it. He showed us pictures that he took of the damaged strip, and of the new ones that he put in. He was thorough, helpful, explained everything well, and did a good job."
