"I contacted every carpet cleaner I could easily find on google in Asheville and Heaven's Best was the only one that promptly responded. Brent(I think that's his name) called me the next day after I had filled out an online form to inquire about cleaning all my home's area rugs. He had someone scheduled to come within the week. 8:30AM on Monday, Kenneth was right on time, very kind, wore a mask and practiced social distancing, etc. Very professional and prompt. He cleaned all the rugs which took maybe 45 minutes, it cost $185 for4 large area rugs and 2 long runners that all get beat up by my dog and cat. Also I was pleasantly surprised that the loudest part was him vacuuming and the actual shampoo machine is really quiet - which was nice because I work from home and was working while he was here. Even my animals were really chill and not spooked by him or the equipment."
