"You never can get in contact with someone to ask a question about your payment. But a different representative called me to say my mother was a month behind and she's never behind because i pay her insurance every month, then she went on to say that they may not have received the payment due to the post office being renovated. There's something very off with this company. And they stopped signing off on my mother's payment book. I had to click on 1 star so i can posted this."
