"I went to leave some clothes and there was no one there, so I put my stuff in the garage. I got ready to leave and the guy comes from across the street, fussing at me. He said I can't leave clothes here I have to go to the other building, and didn't help me reload my clothes. So I go to the other building, everything is left outside. I left my stuff and thought "so this is just going to get rained on and thrown away, I could have done that at home without coming here." Next time I will just go to Goodwill where they help me unload my stuff no questions asked."

"Recently purchased a used elliptical machine. Staff assured me that it worked prior to purchase. SURPRISE: it does not! Even purchased a new power cord and no luck! They clearly did not test the machine before they put a price tag on it to sell, or even worse they knew they were selling a broken machine. Very disappointed. Two stars because they generally have good finds, but items are not trustworthy and apparently neither are staff."

"It's an interesting place and they have a variety of inventory, furniture, couches)chairs, kitchenware, glass, framed pictures, and lamps. Be aware that they will not lower any sticker prices. We would have bought a (very dirty) footstool if they had considered lowering the price a tad since we would have to thoroughly clean it, but their prices are not unreasonable otherwise."
