"This location is not in a very convenient area of Woodbridge. They are also not stocked well. We went to buy dining chairs and they had only 1 or 2 of each kind they had. When we asked about getting more the employee didn’t seem to know what we could do. No customer service area is even set up in the place. You can only go to the checkers or should I say checker. I think there was possibly two employees working at best in such large store. The place is unorganized and messy too."

"I don't usually go into stores like these because I get overwhelmed with all the items and have a difficult time finding what I need. But today, THE SUPERHERO of the day was BEN. Ben listened intently to me, and helped me find every single item I needed to redecorate my granddaughter's room for her birthday. Ben is a rock star and the two male cashiers at the front, were courteous and knowledgeable. I plan to come to this store more often!"

"Tracy as a store manager you should be able to use discernment when it comes to applying military discount for a purchase that already had it applied! Highly dissatisfied. & then I had to argue the fact that you all sold me a broken clock! I will never come back to this store."

"Decent At Home store. Large selection of small furniture pieces, rugs, art, frames and seasonal home stuff. They can have issues keeping the sales floor neat after a big rush, but mostly good store with good prices and friendly staff."

"If you’ve never been to an At Home store, you need to check them out! This location is a great example; it’s huge! They have everything you could want to decorate the interior and exterior of your home. Decorations for all seasons, indoor and outdoor furniture, small kitchen appliances, wall art, rugs, you name it! And, their prices are very reasonable. My only complaint is that if you need assistance, it can be pretty hard to find an employee to assist you. I recommend this location."
