I was thanked for my business and given a discount on wash and dry services. I am very pleased with this new affiliation and will use Puritan Cleaners again. Thank you!"

"Twice I've lost a shirt here. And their process doesn't make it easy to figure out how this happened. They log them in - so if one is missed by them when logging in - they have no record of the one lost. I dropped off 4 shirts yesterday - picked up 3. They don't know what the 4th one looks like because it was not logged in. I specifically requested that they crease pants in the middle. Today I pick up 3 pairs of pants and only 1 are creased. I asked about the note on my file. The individual stated it was there "but not in a place that everyone would have seen it". This has happened twice now. Not sure what to do. They're pricey and I'm not getting a good product and also losing shirts. Further update. Asked that a manager give me a call. That did not happen. Posted about my poor experience on Yelp. Representative there asked me to email their customer care. I also did that. No response. High prices, poor service, no follow up."

"I have not had a chance to check the rug since getting it back. I would like to mention I had fallen sick and unable to pick up the rug for several months. Even forgetting about it for an additional 30 days. They still had it and I was over the moon. I’m sure it’s perfect and will be bringing another one in next week."

"Beware of this place. Last year, they lost a pair of my pants for two weeks. And on two different occasions, the date promised for my items were not met; both times I needed my items for a trip. I did not use Puritan for months because of their failure. I took 6 shirts for laundry this week, the bill was $59. for dry cleaning. When I asked, they said they were not 100% cotton, even though some definitely were. I was told one of the shirts “was not the button down shape” for laundry, so they charged me $11. to dry clean it. I asked why they didn’t call me to ask if I wanted them to process those shirts as dry cleaning and they didn’t have an answer. $60 for 6 shirts. If they had adjusted the cost for me , I would have been satisfied. I will never do business with them again."
