"We discovered an upstairs plumbing issue that had flooded much of the second floor and part of the first floor in the middle of the night. After a quick google search we called Rainbow at 1:30 in the morning. Our call was answered by a very helpful staffer who got us in touch with Joey immediately. He discussed the situation and it was mutually determined that the team did not be there until 8:30 am as we had the water mopped up. They were prompt, professional, and responsive. The necessary demolition was done quickly and the crew made sure to minimize the future repair need, removed the debris, and cleaned up before they left. They came back to check the fans and dehumidifiers daily until the walls and floors were dry. The team stayed in close contact throughout the process and made every effort to make sure we were happy with the work."
