"It all started with Lead Estimator, Stephen Muller. He was very attentive to what services I wanted Johnny On The Spot (JOTS) to perform for me. Mr. Mutter was friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable to have JOTS to perform the services. The appointment date was set, and the team led by Otis Wilkins, Senior Manager, adjusted their schedule to fit my schedule. Mr. Wilkins and two other guys arrived on time and showed respect for my property and each other as they worked on the granite flooring in my kitchen, dining room, laundry area, and bathroom. After the granite flooring in the kitchen had been completed, I noticed some flaws. I contacted the company (JOTS), and immediately two managers, Michael and Stephen arrived to assess my concern. They returned to the office, Mr. Johnny Johnson, the owner, called and asked if he could come to my home to do an assessment also. He came within 15 minutes and gave suggestions and solutions for the flaws. He left and said that he would contact me as to what could be done. Within 30 minutes, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Wilkins, and two other guys arrived, and they all worked diligently to correct the problem. I highly recommend Johnny On The Spot (JOTS) to perform any job you have. They were personal, professional, and respectful throughout this entire ordeal. I am thankful for this dedicated team of guys that made certain I was completely satisfied with their work."
