"Having to ask for areas to be re-cleaned more than once does not reflect the standards and quality that two maids advertises. Though professional in appearance and arrival the quality of their cleaning lacks. Overpriced service for a job that wasn’t completed with the quality cleanliness I thought I was getting. They wipe around messes for example I had soaps and lotions on my sink. Instead of removing the items and cleaning the sink and wiping/scrubbing any dirt scum and then placing the items back they just wipe around it. The shower walls still had soap scum and spots and had to ask to re-clean. After I checked the second time I didn’t want to readdress to clean the shower handle as well so just got irritated and dismissed them since they said they were done. They said there was a quality inspector that can come but since I was there they didn’t need the inspector. The time they took was only an hour and 15 min. A deep clean should at least take 2 hours."

"Unfortunately out of 4 of these cleans two of them have been absolutely poorly done and uncomfortable and unprofessional. My first clean, many items that I paid for were not complete including baseboards, and dusting of my furniture where it obviously needed it … there were 3 people here to do this small job mind you. The worst part was the male cleaner who eyed me and kept smiling at me any chance he could get, and then tried to match with me on a dating site saying “don’t I know you from somewhere;)” . I reported this and this team was not sent to my place again. Most recent clean which was a “touch up” not requiring as deep a clean but does wipe countertop, dust, dishes , and trash. The two cleaners were in and out in 25 minutes, leaving my sink full of dishes, my kitchen countertops not wiped down, and not a towel folded or a de-cluttering of obvious trash like a torn piece of a box left on the counter . I was refunded a portion of my payment for this. My apartment is modern… 560 square feet, Living room , kitchen, bed, and bath (all fairly small!) and these cleans cost between $130-$175 This is clear negligence . They are well staffed and clearly not fact checking their cleaners. Why DONT you require they take photos of their clean?! Fortunately my photos were honest but anyone could ruin the place after they leave and they’d have no proof to say it wasn’t Two maids . In this case, photos would not have helped them as it would t shown the negligence . No longer a customer ."
