"My name is David I recently moved in to the orchards April 3rd 2023 my rent was 800 within 2 months I get a notice that going up to 900 I don't understand there policy I thought I was locked in for at least a year I do not recommend this place for anybody My belief is they knew about the increase when I moved in and did not tell me about it there's no way they could have implemented that increase in less than 2 months Somanagement or corporate doesn't like my response or my comments Management or corporate don't agree with me nothing I can say I would give them no stars"
