Red Roof Inn Suffolk

"Me and my boyfriend stayed last night. The night shift man was very nice. But this morning when my bf went to check out the morning shift man decided the best route was to be VERY rude. He pulled the wrong information for us and gave us someone else's receipt with there credit card info on it saying it was us and that we paid card instead of cash(he didn't even check ID to verify) . We did infact pay cash. He checked the room were we stayed and came back and called my boyfriend a "Good boy" several times for not smoking in the room and still never have us the $30 back from the night before. He needs to be fired today! We WILL NOT be returning. And I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Please avoid this Inn at all costs. The entire building needs a thorough clean. The ‘Manager’ is in the wrong job, he enjoys swearing and refuses to be of any assistance. I was the unlucky recipient of the shower rail falling on my head; a day later, I am still hurting. An apology ? You are joking, only an abusive response from the front desk with copious amounts of swearing. When asking for a different room the answer was “No, not possible” with more swearing including the f word. Would we return to this Inn? Don’t be silly!!! We were expecting to stay for 6 nights but that would have been hell. We moved across the road to the Hilton after the 1st night."

"I mean let’s be real it’s not a Hilton. You get what you pay for. Comfortable bed, cold AC, quiet rooms, hot shower, working TV. The lobby and hallways floor smelled of smoke slightly but the room did not. For the price and for one night it’s not terrible at all!"

"This is a MAJOR improvement from when it was the Super 8 before. It's looks a whole lot better, And the rooms are much better since it got a makeover. Much quieter and better management. The service was great and lighting was better. I will be coming back for the holidays. Excellent location."
