"I would never want to live here or even my own family members, where do I begin? Maintenance is terrible, same way staff in the office have horrible customer service skills, they do not help you when you call for their services, mold in hallways, hallway door broken and don't get fixed, ceilings caving in because they are to lazy to call a professional to do it, one maintenance worker is creepy, flirting with tenants, if you have a daughter or wife etc, make sure they safe cause he is creepy, trash dumps are always over filled, they threaten to evict you just for you putting in complaints, I will never visit nor rent another place here again, roach infestation along with a huge ant infestation, they always raise rent buy never fix any issues in your apartment, they need new management and maintenance ASAP"

From maintenance and staff memebers telling my personal business to having to contact corperate office just to have them turn around and tell the rental office what resident wrote a letter on my behalf, and had them put out. This place may look nice but is very deceiving! Wish they had a no star button!"

To sum it all up I have had a not so good experience, maintenance walking into my aapartment my child's money being stolen from his closet as well as my game system, and now I am finally leaving due to a mold issue that came with the new renovations. I am extremely upset with the position I have been put in having to deal with excessive moisture in my apartment, which causes mold to grow everywhere. I have lost two mattresses, clothes, shoes and even food. My seasonings in my cabinets clump up. Not to mention I have allergies and I have a four year old. I just pray to God that the humidity, mold and moisture in this apartment is not now and will not later effect me and my child. I have called and complained people have came out but no results and unfortunately they always come when I am not home. On top of that they do not disclose the findings or results with me ever and the problems is still not fixed. The only thing that I know for a fact that was done is a filter change, that does not fix mold and moisture. I have recently been told only corporate and fix the issue and I have yet to see them. If I can come back and add pictures I will."

"The setting of this place is a country like atmosphere and the apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff were very cordial on my first visit, but lacked in returning phone calls and lacked in giving updates on rental situations and possible leasing information. I am giving them two stars, only because they lack the ability to give updates and keeping the public informed of statuses."
