"Nice apartment, lots of space. Costs too much for what you get though. Theres a trash service thats $25 but i had to remind them a few times to take my trash even though i paid the whole time. There was a beeping noise keeping me awake for weeks outside my apartment, i asked about it multiple times and it took over 2 weeks to get fixed. I left my apartment very clean with some minor exceptions but they still took my whole security deposit and the final bill had a $35 charge added on. Lots of car break ins happened and they dont ever do anything about it such as get cameras for the parking lots. My lease over the couple years i was there went up about $100 each time. I put in a maintenance request for 2 lightbulb replacements before i left and they charged me for the bulbs. They really just take as much money as they can from you. Not really worth the cost."

"It took over a year to fix the A/C issue we were having, and of course it was fixed right before our move out date. The pre move-out inspection never happened.They also took our ENTIRE security deposit and charged us for replacing the carpet, even after having it professionally cleaned."

"The way they treated me when it was time for me to exit was unbelievable. I provided a notice 3 months in advance as we were purchasing a home. Move out Pre inspection didn’t happen after my mom drove 2 hours and waited 7 hours at my home for no one to show (barely an apology but absolutely no compensation). Final inspection didn’t happen, no one showed that day either. No phone call either time may I add. Was advised we’d get our final invoice shortly after, then was promised another date, then was told it couldn’t be provided until my lease was up versus when I moved out. My daughter drove 30 minutes to check the mail and was lied to and advised they had to request the key. When I called the next day to inquire they said they had they key (hmmm). Charged $800 for carpet and when I tell you no shoes in my house, no eating in my living room, and no food or drinks upstairs. The carpet was cheap, I had 2 leaks which caused carpet damage and peerless did come and it looked amazing but a few days letter it was back the same. Just bad carpet. So of a 1,600 deposit I’m getting back like $600. Oh and the check was sent from Virginia Beach over a week ago. I’m sure I’ll never receive it at this point based on all the sequence of events. I took great care of the townhome, my car, my husbands car, both my daughters cars, and my moms car all broken into in the 2 years we were there. No cameras added and security is a joke when you call. A man was murdered a few doors down from us an NOONE called to check on anyone, stopped by to check on anyone, and didn’t even advise the traumatic situation occurred. They’re sweet while you’re there… completely different when you depart. My only advise is, get you a mortgage as Karma will do the rest."
