"If I could give no stars I would. My grandmother lives there and the maintenance man is so rude and disrespectful. The maintenance isn't kept up and there are blown out light bulbs in the fixtures in the halls. There are always air conditioning problems and he rather tinker with it himself and not get it done than to spend money and hire professionals to fix it. Many of the residents there have A/C issues and with them being elderly it is not safe to live in a 85 degree apartment. I visited today and some AC units are open with wires and tools just sitting out and it's been like that for 3 days during rain and thunderstorms. I've been told they haven't had any cleaning services for weeks now because he doesn't want to spend the money."

"I spoke with a gentleman today I can't spell his name but he was nothing but helpful! My family and I are looking to move to VA in the summer and I was having no luck in getting my general questions answered! Although this is a sinor property this guy still took 20 mins to answer all of my questions and I thank him so very much! Made my day so much better! Need more human like him!"

"My nephew called me because he could not get in touch with my mom, in which she is his grandmother. When you call her phone it goes directly to voicemail which is unusual. I called the office and got Lorraine (it was almost closing time) and told her my concern. I wanted her to go and check on her so we would know that she was okay. She immediately said that they would check and took my phone number for a return call. A few minutes later I received a call from my mom. What a relief. Not only did we get a quick response but Lorraine did not hesitate to help. I kept apologizing that it was close to them leaving she told me not to worry. I am relieved that my mom is living there because I can see that she is in good hands. Thank you Lorraine!"

We have teamed up with the local Fire Department to host seminars for fire safety and to assist with mock fire drills. The community even has their own shuttle bus that takes weekly bus trips.
