The Commons at Centerbrooke Apartments

"I would like to put this out where the truth can be known about how the service and repairs of these units have gone for me. 1) Slow response due to only one maintenance person. 2) The one Maintenance person they do have is George and he is awesome. 3) The remodel of empty units has taken precedence over any urgent repairs needed to my unit. 4) I have been here 3 years and have had nothing but issues with everything from Toilets not working to garbage disposal not working, washer and dryer repairs taking in excess of 4 - 6 weeks. They even had me bailing water out of my washing machine and still do. Opened a repair order on December 16th 2023, I have not been able to do my laundry since then. They came today with the wrong part, or at least that is what they said. 5) I have had 29 repair orders entered and everytime one is entered it takes a week or more to have any resolution. I am posting my history below. 6) Artcraft is constantly raising the rent and we are being cheated when it comes to tenant service and repairs. It has been nothing but problems here since we moved in 3 years ago. 7) I have always paid my rent on time or before it was due and do not deserve this type of treatment because they have no staff. I am considering seeking legal counsel to take over this as I am 76 years old and widowed. I have no one here that seems to care that all I need is a place to live, eat, sleep, and do the natural things that people do everyday like dishes, laundry and other chores as a retired person. I would be grateful if someone from their upper management would contact me and resolve these issues with this apartment complex."
