"I wish I had read all the reviews before deciding to go with Lambert. The people were very pleasant, I will give them that. Otherwise, the cleaning was horrible. It was "post construction" cleaning in a mostly empty house. Even after providing pictures of what was missed (and there was a lot), I was told I needed to let them know within 24 hours or nothing could be done. We were in a time crunch getting tenants into the house, so I was kind of occupied during that 24 hour time period. I also never remember seeing that anywhere in writing. If you are smart, do not use this company."

"My appointment was at 130pm, they showed up at 1150am, coming early is great, but not THAT early. Then they were suppose to do a deep clean in 2 full baths, they were rushing, banging their vacuum against my walls and doors, they didn't deep clean anything. I am truly disappointed and reached out to them asking for some reimbursement. I don't feel I should pay for a deep clean when they only wiped things down. They were hired to deep clean 2 full baths, a basic clean on a half bath and kitchen. I ended up cleaning the half bath myself while the 3 ladies were still wiping things down, moving dirt around. I do NOT recommend them. They are not worth the money. I didn't want to post this, but they weren't willing to adjust my charges as they wanted to send them BACK to my house to fix it. Why would I want them back? They did a terrible job even as a basic clean. See my pictures of their deep clean results. In response to your response to my review, you only emailed me 1 time, not numerous. In my efforts to express my dissatisfaction, I fairly asked for a partial monetary refund. And even that was still being quite generous on my request for 100% satisfaction. Also, read your reviews, the real ones. Deep cleans are NOT your specialty."
