"Jason is absolutely amazing! Our unit, which is not very old, started having some issues right before it was calling for a few days of extremely low temps and we were leaving for a trip. He came out the same day and made sure he figured out what was wrong. He explained everything and made sure we had a solution for heat in the meantime. When he came back, he continued to explain everything he did, gave advice and suggestions, and was always so friendly and polite. He even didn’t mind our dogs keeping him company while he worked out in the cold and threw their ball while he worked, I think they would have hopped right into his truck to be his assistants if they could’ve!
