"I have been here for 6 years and never had any issues. Area is quiet. The maintenance men always came right away when there was an issue with the apartment. The office ladies Tonya and Eunice are so nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend to anyone."

"I came here over 5 yrs ago lost and looking for a fresh new beginning for me and my children. And I found just that , I was able To make this place a real home and a safe space , believe me it wasn’t easy because I’ve been through a lot of ups and downs economically over the years and then covid hit!!! But management here Ms Tonya and her staff over the years have not only been professional but kind and showed humanity not just towards me but the residents of this apartment complex . She always was available and tried to help you in any way she could as a resident she treated you like extended family. These days no one does that in those type of positions anymore it’s just all business but Ms Tonya saw beyond the business and showed real care and concern for her apartment residents . If you’re looking for a new beginning apply for apartment here you won’t be disappointed!!!!"

"They only get a star, only so I can post my comment. I felt very discriminated, on the reasons why I didn’t get approved. Talking about I make too much, while giving the Mexicans keys to move in. If you’re African American, don’t waste your time. Because we aren’t welcome. My brother dates a Mexican, and they don’t get taxes, and free healthcare. So that’s really hard to believe, when there’re taking home the full net pay……I’ve noticing a lot of these apartments has foreigners in the office, and their only looking out for there kind….."

"Under renovation. Residents leases are not being renewed. Been renting 12 yrs with no late payments. Now have less than 3 months to move. Rent increases often. Section 8 accepted upon management approval."
