"Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Located right off the highway and near restaurants. There was a strong mildew smell in the hallway near the side door. It did not travel into our room, though just the hallway."

"I had 2 rooms booked, for my brother and I. 1. The toilet was dirty with encrusted feces on seat and visible rim of toilet. 2. There were cockroaches in both rooms. The operations manager was not surprised and said the hotel's new owner is "fixing" this. 3. The website said breakfast included. They told us Not on a points stay! This is an extremely poorly run and filthy hotel."

"Old place. Like 70s old. Way overpriced. Water barely gets hot. Bfast is extra. Ac was noisy. Total rip off. Better "book online" if you dont want to be f'#d on the price if you must stay here, but good luck bc the web will let you reserve rooms that dont exist or arent actually available. When you get there you could be in for a rude surprise. Hard pass"

"The room 444 has/had bed bugs!!!! I got so bitten all over my body!!!! I stayed there and attempted to go to bed, but could not get comfortable because of itching. Around 5am, I woke up to go use the restroom and get back in bed but then I saw something moving near my pillow. I turned on the light and OMG there were the bed bugs!!! On the bed, on the nightstand, and on the wall. I immediately jumped in the shower, got dressed and left!!! The person I was staying with went to the front desk to alert the staff of what was going on!!!! This was Sunday night/ Monday, Sept 11, 2023 morning. I left the hotel around 5am ish and went home!!!! Worst hotel experience ever!!!!"

"The staff there were amazing. From the older gentleman that checked up in , to room services giving me extra towels, T the bartender was so amazing!!! She helped with a situation , that she could've gave to housekeeping. I recommend checking her out on the evenings. Her personality is top notch ! Elijah was superb! His phone manners and customer service on Saturday evening dealing with our group and others checking in was well taken care of. The other gentlemen working night shift , was super friendly to then kids, with fresh cookies and popcorn! . Room rates for our softball team were great. The lady checking us out , I think the manager, she could tone it down a little ."
