Hunter's Woods Townhomes

"I have lived at Hunterswood Townhomes for about 6 months. I knew it would be a positive place to live before moving in. I felt this because of speaking to Saem the Rental Manager a few times. She is always kind and polite. She wants to know how you are doing and very sweet. After moving in I had a few service request because I moved into a renovated unit. The Maintenance Technician Clint is always accommodating, very responsive and helpful. He is polite too They are both quick to respond. Anyone trying to get an apartment knows the wait list is long. I waited 4 months and glad I did. These 2 people are an asset to Hunterswood Townhome. Their first impression means a lot. The neighbors also made me feel welcome. I had a few to welcome me to the neighborhood. Parking is great and the community is quiet and pleasant."

"Only giving this complex a 2 star , after Terese left this place has not been its best of living , rent prices are up , apartments / townhomes need lots of work done , spend your money where you will be happy at I only been here for 1 year and I will be breaking my lease soon , Wish they had a pool area , need better playground as well for the kids , Neighbors love to leave trash outside and then it blows all in your yard ."

"The only reason i'm not leaving 5 stars is because many units could use major renovations. That said, I've lived here for about 4 years and plan to renew. Unlike most complexes, this one is on a nice side street adjacent to well maintained neighborhoods. It's quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and thoughtful, with a lot of dog lovers. Whenever i've needed anything or made a request, Teresa at the main office and Clinton are both super responsive, helpful, and very friendly. I've lived in a few different places over time and they are by far the most enjoyable to talk to. Good neighborhood, spacious townhomes, and good management."

"I lived there for a year, and it was perfect for my needs. The only reason I moved out was because I bought a house. It was quiet, and Teresa was awesome to work with! I would recommend Hunter Woods to anyone!"

"A tree fell thru my sliding glass door the Thurs. before Labor Day. I contacted the property manager & emergency maintenance person. They were both there within 10 minutes. The balcony railing was crushed, gutter was crushed and there was a hole in the roof. The property mgr. was there until 9:30 pm helping us clean up glass and secure the door. She had the carpet company come out that night to vacuum up the glass in the carpet. On Fri. the tree was removed and on Saturday the balcony railing and hole in the roof wererepaired. On Monday the gutter was replaced. The glass in the door has been replaced although that took a bit longer due to the contractor having to order the glass. Maintenance issues are always taken care of the same day, I just call or send an email. Fantastic job!!!"
