"Let me just say that the customer service from housekeeping to the front desk is awesome. Ronda, Yvette, and the other young lady name Summer who work 2nd shift is so nice. The hotel location is perfect not to far from places to eat, gas station, or to shop for food. The hotel staff understand I travel to and from with having to work plus with my OB doctor appointments and never gave me a issue not 1 time. The staff overall is a prime example of great customer service across the board :)"
"It’s nice since it’s been renovated all the rooms were clean and lobby along with halls. The breakfast was really good!"
"Room was nice but the complmentary breakfest was the worst I've ever had. Bagels are not fresh but rather individualy pre pacakged. Even after tosting and laying on some cream chese still tasted like I was eating cardboard. My girlfriend went later and there was no bread left for toast. Apparently no one is paying attention to replenish. Staff was very friendly. Next time I'll walk across the parking lot and eat at IHOP"
"Good access to the highway and restaurants, but not ideal travelling for work. The rooms have extremely dark walls and very little light fixtures. The WiFi is slow enough that I can't work in the evenings and have to go to local restaurants to work."
"Hotel needs work. No Ac in the rooms. The ac units that don’t work have black mold behind them. Recently have redone the furniture, but lacks any quality and integrity in finer detail. Hot and muggy on the inside. Someone cooked food and burnt the food and smells up the whole place with no ac to vent. Also seemed like smoke detectors were not installed. Ridiculous now days"
