"At first when I found this place I was so happy with it I loved how nice and friendly the lady was who helped me, the price for my comforter was awesome as I was way over charged somewhere else, I decided I found my spot for dry cleaning. Then I met a worker by the name of Jackie she is horrible and her attitude sucks, she has made me hate coming to this facility and after today I will not return, there is a gentleman that is so nice and greets everyone even by name, he shows absolute awesome customer service, this nasty hateful human that I encountered for drop off and pick up was disgusting her attitude is so ugly, seems like she hated her job and she definitely should re consider her employment anyways if you happen to go to this place and JACKIE takes care of you be prepared for s silence and a stank looking ugly face, nothing kind about this lady, just plain rude, now if you see the other guys they have awesome customer service. Today you definitely lost a customer which really sucks."

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the owner, Justine. I have been going to cleaners for less for a while now and am usually in at least twice-3 times a week, she always has been extremely helpful, polite, and my garments always come out looking great. A few weeks ago I had asked her if she thought she would be able to “reconstruct” A blouse that had been completely ripped and literally looked like a puzzle piece to put back together. I had explained to her I dropped it at another tailor about a year ago and they still had the closure and had not attempted to repair it in the year it has been there. Justine told me to get it and bring it in and she would take a look at it, I brought it in the other day and after about 10 minutes of her and I trying to put the blouse back together with safety pins she did it and she said she couldn’t promise anything but would try their best to fix it. I came in exactly 2 days later and I was in utter shock, they did such a fabulous job, you honestly couldn’t even tell it had been so cut/ripped up. I honestly have to say I was beyond impressed and they will 100% continue to get my business weekly. I highly recommend cleaners for less, they have excellent prices, are very quickly with turn around time, and have an extremely kind and fabulous owner who cares about her customers. :)"
