"I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned and preserved. I was told by the lady that it would take 3weeks or so to complete. I went back after a month and the dress looked the same. The crystal rhinestone area of the dress wasn’t touched at all and it was one of the reasons I decided to get it professionally cleaned. It still looked discolored and the overall dress didn’t look clean either. It looked like they just slapped their sticker on the hanger and shoved it back in the bag. The gentleman reduced the fee a little bit but for what he still charged me for, it was a complete waste of my time and money as the dress still looks exactly, if not worse than how it was when I left it to be cleaned. I wish they had told me the truth to begin with which I believe is, they only clean simple gowns with no embellishments or intricate designs."
