"I had a service scheduled two weeks ago. No one ever called to confirm, no one arrived at my house, and no one is responding to me trying to get my money back. I am extremely frustrated."

"We did a 1 time cleaning with them before moving our renters moved in. They cleaned very lightly and the renter ended up having to reclean the house. We paid $234 supposedly for 3 or 4 maids. Lesson learned that you need to have someone at the home to monitor these cleanings. I added 1 star because I never attempted to reach back out to have them fix the issue."

"The maids didn’t even show up. I’m incredibly disappointed and will not use their services again. Please do not use this service. I called corporate, local offices and even sales…not one person answered. Go elsewhere and use your money towards a better business that values you."

"I did the initial more expensive cleaning, they did an OKAY job. It was taking them longer than expected so their office called and asked for more money, which I understood and agreed to. However they did not follow their check list, the skipped simple things like mopping the kitchen floors. I signed up for their bi weekly service and received their appointment reminder emails but the cleaners never showed up. When I contacted their office I was told no one was available and they provided a new quote for a higher weekly rate than before stating that the house was bigger than expected, but I gave them the exact dimensions and room counts in the initial sales call. Seems like they were just interested in the more expensive initial $330 cleaning and had no plans to ever come back again. This is misleading, I would not recommend this company."

"Mediocre cleaning job: 3 stars. Broke screen on tablet and lied about it: 1 star. Average: 2 stars. *It's a franchise, and I only experienced the cleaning of 2 people. I'm sure it's not all bad. Just proceed with caution."
