"We worked with Perfect Services, run by Rachel, for about a year before calling it quits (perfectservices.info). Since then, we have found a MUCH better, professional cleaning service that is responsive to our needs and does a great job. We had several issues working with Perfect Services, but our interactions with the owner were the most problematic. At one point, we were bumped on their schedule for a different client last August and the owner said she had "mentioned it but in passing so perhaps it was not picked up on my end," which was unbelievably rude, regardless of whether I had "missed" that piece of information during our conversation or not. (Spoiler alert: I didn't miss it). Also, when I referred our immediate next door neighbors to Perfect Services and I followed up regarding my referral discount, I was asked to verify my neighbors names, as if I was lying about referring them!!! Furthermore, scheduling communication was frequently messy and disorganized - it was nearly impossible to reschedule appointments, and even when we did, the crew sometimes still showed up on the regularly scheduled date and time. Finally, our biweekly cleanings were almost always sloppy and not well done. In summary, do not hire Perfect Services."
