"John is an amazing guy and will promise you the sun and the moon and the stars and do whatever it is you need to make it happen. His crew however, that's a different story. Our house caught fire on 3/2/22, it declared a total loss by the insurance company. John came out, surveyed the situation and a few days later, his crew with a moving truck, came and loaded up everything we wanted saved. Including, my wives family jewelry that we dug through the rubble to find. I asked the shorter gentleman with the red beard and hair if they could clean it up, he assured me they could. When we picked up all the cleaned items, the jewelry was gone and when I asked John about it, he told me they never touch or take jewelry. John is a stand up guy. His crew, not so much. We never got back our photo albums, or jewelry, but he salvaged everything in my daughters room and my sons legos. For that, I am grateful. Lessons learned."
