"I contacted SS several weeks ago for steam cleaning several areas rugs, as well as runners and throws. This 2-man team worked great together! You could tell they were very serious about my apartment job, and they were like a well-oiled machine together! Everything was perfect from my initial contact with sales, dispatching, and final completion. The carpets look awesome and dried enough to walk in socks in about 6 to 8 hrs. No complaints, just professional carpet cleaning at a fair price, as well. If you are looking for good service and good results - I highly recommend SS!"

"First off, the two guys that came out were great. Josh and can’t remember the other persons name. They were nice and friendly. They were on time and called when they were unable to find my house. My home is new so there wasn't a lot of work to do besides some urine stains from the dog. They were unable to get the stains out. Said they put some extra work into the area but the stain was still present. (They did explain why. Something about the amount of time the stain sat etc.) There were some stains on the stairs that they were unable to get out. Those weren’t there long & wasn’t urine so I was a little disappointed. They did share that they were unable to remove it. There was an ink stain in the living room from the rug that they did a good job with reducing the appearance of. They were transparent in the beginning about not being able to guarantee that they could remove that ink stain. My plan was to have the carpet cleaned twice a year because of the dog but with the lack of results I will likely try out another company. I don’t know that if my carpet needed a lot of work, that they would have been able to deliver. But again, those two men were great. Very friendly. Photos below were taken shortly after they left. Carpet is still drying."
