"Disappointed. Pure laziness and full of excuses. I've used this place for the last two months and it was good, not great, at first. But being in this area, there aren't many professional services. For a place that charges DC pricing, they are lazy and full of excuses. In the last three times, there as something always wrong, either, there was a stain on it and they blamed me for soaking it beforehand, or loosing a bead on my dress that connected a button. What was upsetting is if you're going to charge me DC pricing, wouldn't you check each item carefully before placing them into the laundry? Instead, they just shove everything in and "It is what it is" with these ladies. The worse is their attitude. They try to explain what happen with no solutions and they'll stare at me for 2 minutes and shrug their shoulders. At least find a solution for me. I'm disappointed with this place and do not recommend you to go there as they just act like a laundrymat that just shoves in their items without carefully checking each item that they charge you $12-20 for and lack the "professional" care they seem to offer."

"I've been getting my husband's work shirts dry cleaned here for a few years now and am always satisfied with their service. They are always very nice and the shirts come out very clean. I even had them fix my son's winter jacket, it ripped on the sleeve and they sewed it back up, now he is able to wear it this winter. I will definitely continue going here."
