"A year or so ago, Inquired about steam cleaning my pickup truck. Was given the number of one of their cleaners. David was very amenable and happy to schedule, meet, and get started. When he said he was done, I noticed that he had only done the floorboards. I asked what about the seats and dashboard (what especially needed to be done) and he explained that they don't do those parts because the steamer isn't good for the glue other elements of the construction. I felt that this should have been explained in advance. I ended up driving my truck to Northern Virginia to an actual mobile auto steam cleaner who was set up to clean vehicles. I paid about the same to get the truck actually cleaned top to bottom, as I had paid to have PVSCLLC do only the car floorboards."

"I rarely write reviews because I have read postings that are simply untrue!! So here is a 100% truthful review. My carpets were filthy after 13 years and knew without a doubt that they could be cleaned but never brought back near the condition of what they were. My concern was the age, condition and the deep stains. WELL was I ever WRONG!!! Pleasant Valley Steam Cleaning gave me an excellent price, were truthful about the possible outcome of getting the stains removed but were optimistic about the outcome. They arrived as per our conversation on time. The gentleman was middle aged, extremely polite and judging a book by its cover I could tell he was a REAL worker, not working in designer clothes and even when I ask how many years he had been cleaning carpets I think he said about 20 years. He went over my carpets and pointed out areas that were worn and some frayed but was adament about getting the carpets clean. I thoiugh well lets see this miracle worker in action!! When he started to clean my carpets I just say on my... you know--- and watched him meticiously clean the carpets. With each stroke of his steam cleaner I could see the dirt, grime, and stains disappearing. I was in total shock and couldn't believe what I was seeing, carpets that looked like new with some wear but all of the stains were gone!! Unbelievable!!! So dont waste your time with other companies that make promises and charge outragious prices. Go with this company, they are extremely professional, polite, courteous and reasonably priced. You wont regeret it and will have made the best decision to go with them!!!"

"On 7/31/17, I had Pleasant Valley Carpet cleaners clean some heavily soiled carpet, and they did a phenomenal job. The carpet looks like new, and they were fast too! Highly recommend them."
