Homes are cozy and comfortable, neighborhood is quiet… update month 3 living here the rental office staff and maintenance team are amazing! I’m sure I get on their nerves but they never show it. All service requests are addressed and completed quickly! I appreciate you all so much truly the best!"

"The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed! This place is in serious need for upgrades. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors conversations and even worse, you can hear them snoring in the middle of the night. I couldn’t even open my windows to let fresh air in because my neighbors would sit outside and smoke cigarettes ALL DAY smh. I’ve never lived anywhere where so many people are not working, they literally sit around smoking and drinking every day. It seemed like no one cleaned up after their dogs because of the amount of feces EVERYWHERE. I moved out in May after only being there 7 months due to a family emergency and I’m STILL waiting on an updated itemized list for what’s owed (9/30). Honestly, the rent shouldn’t be anywhere near what it is. If you have options, choose the other place."
