"This place is horrible. Trash everywhere. The compactor is always broken and the manager is a bully. Nobody returns calls or emails and they even lock the doors to the office when they do not want to deal with residents.UPDATED As always management replies thanking me for reviewing and saying to reach out by email regarding concerns. Of course they never say call as they DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK And they do not respond to emails either. My advice - when you lease is up give more then 60 days notice and get the heck out. If you are thinking of moving here absolutely, positively DO NOT . The only positive reviews are for the maintenance team which has the highest turnover record I have seen in any job in my life. RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THE BELVEDERE AND THE PROPETY MANAGER"

"Three items needed attention. Smoke alarm needed battery replaced. Corrected satisfactorily. Broiler element in oven needed replacement. Corrected satisfactorily. Lastly, toilet seat was broken and required replacement. A new toilet seat installed, however, the quality of the replacement seat is in my opinion sub par. Very thin and flimsy plastic. Nothing near as well made as the well made original seat which lasted me sixteen years. Also the new seat shifts side to side. Not a quality item at all. I felt you needed to be aware. Thank you."

"The location is great. I only left because they raised the base rent $300-$400 after my first year. The grounds are kept clean. My only issues with my stay there were primarily I had ongoing issues with bugs getting into my ground floor apartment that never really got resolved. The access ways are dirty and are in need of professional cleaning. And it doesn't help that they don't ever answer the office phone when you call."
