"There is no staff that compares to the staff at The Governor's Inn!! It smell so clean and sanitized. Housekeeping is A+ ...Management is the kindest and most supportive!!. Oh my goodness I can't say enough about this location, 5 stars isn't enough!"
"Great value! I had a two-night stay for business. It's an older building but housekeeping seems to do a good job. Water was nice and hot and the shower heads very good. Some minor issues with the internet but nothing that couldn't be resolved in 15--20 minutes. Room was clean, quiet, and well cared for. The staff was great! Would stay here again for the price."
"The rooms look nothing like the pictures. It was dark and dirty, and everything was broken. Disgusting stains all over the walls and couches. Broken lamps. Dirty cracked bathrooms. Smelled like lemon bleach. I didn’t even want to touch anything. We left. Couldn’t even push through and stay there because there was a party in a conference room with loud sirens. Do not stay here."
"The staff was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The building is stunning and the rooms are huge. It’s conveniently located to near shopping and food. Unfortunately the room we were given was filthy. The floors were not clean at all, there was something splattered on the wall, there were men’s underwear and a sock in the closet from a previous guest. I’m hoping it was just bad luck that time. I would definitely give it another chance"
"Excellent service! Very friendly and helpful. The room is just old. But it was clean and everything worked. The bedding was very nice, clean and provided for a very restful night sleep. The pillows and bed itself as well."
