"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The apartments are AWFUL!!! I get it’s an apartment, I have lived in them before, YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING, EVERYONE, EVERY FOOT STEP. When someone turns on the water we get a VERY LOUD PITCHED RINGING IN OUR APARTMENT THAT DOES NOT STOP! 1600$????!!!??? To be woken up 4Am EVERY MORNING because my upstairs neighbor goes to work then and the boards in their floor creak SO LOUD it wakes me up M-F @ 4AM ON THE DOT. It’s so loud it TERRIFIES MY ELDERLY DOG! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT MOVE HERE!! It’s suppose to be a gated community also but the gate has been broken and open for a year!!!"

"I'm rewriting my review. As much as I do love living here.. I am not happy. My building has squirrel issues, hot water issues, heat and ac issues, office staff issues, and maintenance issues..being that they(maintenance)think they have the right to use the pool after 8 pm on September 4th and 5th to have private pool parties that no other tenants could come to. We pay a $50 a year amenities fee for the pool with a 2 guest limit, gym, firepit etc.. and they get have friends and family that don't live here, Im talking about 50 to 60 people that were there. I have video.. and they can do whatever they want, what? Cause they have a key to the pool and management was off for the weekend? ABSOLUTELY NOT RIGHT!! We haven't had water since 8/29.. its now 9/7. This is the second time. The last time was a month or 2 ago. 3 weeks with no hot water. We have children from 5 mo yo 11 years old.. 1 person was offered a solution.. and what about contacting the other 7 units in our building and extending that curtousy? I know for a fact it wasn't done. The first time we got an email saying a new water heater had been ordered and that's why it was taking so long. Only to find out on 9/5 that a new one wasn't ordered, the old one was fixed and we were never informed. A new one was finally ordered on 9/2. Last email we got was about a part being ordered and the water heater would be fixed by 9/2. That never happened. Found out 9/5 that the part didn't work and a new water heater had been ordered and couldn't say when it would be fixed. I went the month of December with no heat. Had to order a new heat pump. My ex husband owns his own heat and ac company. Why does it take a month to get a unit when 2 heat and ac distributors are less than 5 miles from here. And said that rain was a factor. If my ex husband didn't work when it rained, he'd be out of business. The rental office said to run my emergency heat? BH Management gonna pay for my VA power bill? The squirrels are a whole other story... they have made the shelves and walls collapse in my pantry, have caused other water damage, gotten into my neighbors apart by chewing or scratching their way through her pantry ceiling. The rental office actually told me to get a BB gun , sit on my porch and shoot the squirrels. I live right next to the playground... seriously??? There are so many other issues. I have mold in the corners of my pantry. The office was informed over a month ago. Still not fixed. The water leaks coming into my grandkids room was spray painted and they got paint all over my furniture and other things that I can't get off. As I said there is sooooooooo much more. And yall still want to raise our rent and expect us yo pay this amenities fee so your employees can do whatever they want whenever they want. And paying a pest control fee when they have never, and I mean NEVER come in to treat. I have ring cameras so I know when they come in. And it's only ever been when I have put in a work order and I remove the chain and slide lock on my front door. It's the only time my front door opens. I use my back door to come and go as do all my family and friends. This all has really become an issue..and I will be looking to move somewhere else when my lease is up, which is upsetting because I really love my apartment and this area. But I have no other choice. With the rental increases its absolutely impossible to afford. Im a single income household and live paycheck to paycheck as with most people today... something yall should think about instead of how much money to make for your company. If it wasn't for your tenants, you wouldn't be making money."

"Living here was about average overall. I lived here for three years, and I would rate it about a 4/10 or 5/10. Pros: - Rent wasn't as outrageously priced as some other places are, especially in today's housing market. - Everyone I interacted with after moving in was polite and courteous (both residents and office staff). - It was a quiet area and complex with very few noise issues. Cons: - Maintenance and upkeep. Biggest problem by far. The apartment was falling apart. Every time it rained heavily, the carpets would flood and you would be walking on spongy, moldy, wet carpet for a few days while maintenance struggled to keep up with everyone's flooding. Speaking of mold, it grew everywhere. Our bathroom had to be regularly cleaned and disinfected by maintenance because mold kept growing next to the shower. Yellow liquid would drip from the bathroom ceiling and coat the walls, and sometimes water would too from where the resident above us's bath would leak. The laundry machines would leak water all over the kitchen floor. Overall, just a nightmare in terms of repairs/maintenance. - I don't think this person works there anymore, but I think her name may have been Brittney. She was responsible for handling our move-in, lease signing, etc. three years ago, and was just not a nice person. Not polite, not kind, and not fun to interact with. Katelynn has been fantastic, though."
