Marcella at Gateway Apartments

"Marcella at Gateway is a great apartment community (emphasis on community) with fantastic amenities. When you walk into the leasing office, you're met with warm, welcoming smiles. Everyone in the office is engaging and genuinely cares that you're there. Kerri, the Property Manager, has built an amazing team of leasing professionals and maintenance staff. Her team ensures that at Marcella you're not just warm body filling a unit, you're part of the Boyd family. The staff hosts fun and inviting community events that keep this spirit alive. We moved into the Veneto floor plan and it's got an awesome, spacious living area. If we have to submit a maintenance request, the maintenance staff is quick to respond and are very respectful of our apartment. You will not regret living here!"

"This place is a really nice and welcoming place to live in. They have great home Utilities that are a big brand. The only bad thing I'll say is that the dog park is turf instead of real grass. I find that really risky in spreading dog disease since turf can't really be picked up after picking up dog poop; so it's just stain the turf. It is a good size dog park but a real bad idea in putting turf. Hopefully seeing this would make them build a other dog park with real grass or have some modicatification in changing the turf."
