"I have a friend that lives there, besides neighbors that come out every time I go to visit him, and watch me knock on the door, or who are rude when I say good morning or afternoon and who all have cameras outside their front doors, it feels like a visit to a prison. The place defines nosey neighbors who have an opinion about you and everything. The rent is ridiculous for what they are asking for the small apartments, and you have to pay for your own water. I do not like going to visit my friend, I can't wait until he moves. Soon hopefully soon."
