"Don’t waste your time, these apartments smell like piss and are old and outdated. Things are falling apart with no plans or urgency to repair anything. These people are super nosy and in your business, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!"

"I haven't lived in an apartment for over 20 years. We moved into this complex sight unseen as we came from another state. The apartment is completely updated inside with plenty of room (we have 3 kids). The office staff was extremely helpful for which I'm grateful. While there, my toilet needed to be fixed, the maintenance staff came the next day. They were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we had to leave a week after moving there due to my old job offering me a better opportunity. Again, the office staff was more than accommodating and even rented out our apartment so that we didn't have to pay the full rent on the lease since we are no longer there. I am extremely grateful to them for making a very chaotic transition smooth for me and my family. They didn't have to but they did. I would highly recommend this place to live as the neighbors are extremely friendly as well!"

"Don’t waste your time because maintenance and the landlords will certainly waste yours. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! THE LANDLORDS & MAINTENANCE PRACTICALLY GET PAID FOR DOING NOTHING!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Maintenance neglected my wear and tear and renovation issues. They gas lit me and tried to make me feel bad for the issues going on in the apartment. The first year in 2018 was real cute until 2019-2022 when I started noticing and reporting maintenance issues with gnats, the vinyl on the bathroom floor being water damaged, and a refrigerator going bad to the point where it smelled horrible! I paid my rent and utilities worked a good job and didn’t bring trouble there and I got SLAPPED with a non renewal notice. Rhonda and the other landlords discriminated against me because they got lazy and neglected my apartment maintenance issues. Rhonda would reprimand me and gas light me along with the other female landlord like I was a little kid when I was honest about my needs and issues that needed to be fixed! I WAS EVEN WILLING TO PAY FOR DAMAGES THAT WERE MY FAULT WHICH WERE NOT SEVERE! They fire maintenance employees and kick tenants out for complaining. They only came when they wanted to and intruded and investigated my apartment at the last minute when unexpectedly unnecessary. The other neighbors made louder noises that disturbed me more than a little bit! I didn’t punch holes in the walls I didn’t have mice or unwanted or bad company. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! THEY ARE RACIST!!!! AND DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS!"

"P L E A S E, live anywhere else but here. when my boyfriend, & i moved into the apartment it was DIRTY. we opened the cabinet in the kitchen to discover it was broken. the kitchen isn't modern. the floors are squeaky. the washing machine, & dryer are tiny. maintenance had to be called many times for many different things. i had to contact pest control many times for insects. while pest control was in the apartment, they informed us the bedroom we were sleeping in had shells of dead bed bugs, & assumed it came from us which is untrue. they legit tore through our sheets just to check which i find unsettling and super disrespectful. the neighbor living below us would constantly bang on the ceiling whenever we walked around. she even wrote a note, & placed it on our door about how "loud", & "disrespectful" we were. someone in the complex called the police, & they came to my door assuming i was being loud, & a mouthful of accusations. the list goes on and on! i wish i never stepped foot onto chateau riviera. also, not to mention the unrealistic charges that are given after you've moved out the apartment. rent is $860, & the security deposit was $800. my whole deposit went towards their outrageous charges! they've charged us over $1,000+ for absolute nonsense! we were charged for things that had absolutely NOTHING to do with us. there were a few things that i can take responsibility for, but everything else is just preposterous. this place is very misleading, unkept, & money hungry. i will NEVER live here again, & i hope whoever comes across this doesn't either."
