"Edit does this place have management? Nothing ever fixed inside or out and trash piles up at the dumpsters and into the parking lot. Office never open. Feels like no one works here"

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!!! I was given an appointment to come in and apply for an apartment for myself and my children. I stayed in constant contact with "management" who called me numerous times before I arrived. I drove from out of town 8 hours away, got here with all my documents only to be told they didn't have my appointment, couldn't find an application for me to complete and questioned me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I showed the calls on my phone from the office staff as well as "called" the phone number back who called and low and behold the phone rang righ there in the office in the manager's face to show I was in fact right and did have an appointment. The manager I guess that's who she was a hispanic lady downright acted like she didn't care and was very nonchalant and the other (2) men staff in the office seemed clueless and like they didn't want to be there. I waited outside the locked office and talked to tenants who didn't know when the office would open or where the staff even was before they finally came. They manager couldn't even find one lady's check after she was told to come in and pick it up. If you don't like your job, why work in the public when you're supposed to be helping people and you're treating them like trash. These are absolutely horrible people and the apartments look as if they need to be demolished. Many apartments have broken windows which can be seen coming in to the apartments, the grounds are full of trash, very dirty and the whole place looks abandoned. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!"

"I have lived in Ashton Heights for a number of years. The staff is friendly and are the only thing I miss about the apartments. The apartments all have roaches, the kids run lose, and to get anything fixed takes a very long time. The one site laundry room is WAY overpriced and most of the time only 2-3 washers or dryers work and it's only open during office hours. Mail rarely gets delivered, if you have a package coming by the post office you won't get it. There has been 4 shootings while I lived there. If you live there be prepared to not being able to wash clothes and empty out 2 rooms every month."
