"Worst place I've ever lived. The management is trash. The neighbors are not neighborly the 1 year my family of 4 has been here, we've been harassed. Treated like second rate citizens and made to feel like everything that was wrong with our "home" was our fault. Don't come here unless you're single and have nothing else to lose. My honest opinion."

"I am more than impressed with the complex, the leasing ladies in the office and with Grady Management. Their landscape company does a splendid job. Kudos to them. Rain or shine they are out doing their jobs and doing them well. Barbara and Tambra, the ladies who do the leasing and run the office are amazing! I highly recommend this apartment complex! If you are fortunate enough to inquire when they have apartments available you'd better jump on it coz they don't last long! You will move in here and never want to leave!"

"I just moved into Peters Creek Apartments exactly 1 month ago. I relocated to Roanoke, VA from South Florida. Since I was from out of State, I had to rely on Joy from the office to be my advocate. Since we first spoke, she was amazing and so were the other ladies in the office. I came July 4th weekend to meet with Joy and submit some papers. She is absolutley delightfull and was all over my application to the very end. I moved in on July 29th and ever since I have been here the staff in the office and the Service people have been fabulous. I had to have some light bulbs replaced and a toilet serviced. All were done in a very quick time frame. The property is absolutely well taken care of, the landscape people come every week. My apartment was immaculate, looked like a brand new place. Beautiful hard wood floors in the hall and dining and kitchen area and brand new rugs in the living room and bedrooms. My neighbors have been so very welcoming. I am so Happy to be living here! I can see mountains off my balcony, so super cool! I can hear the children laughing from the pool in the day time and it is quiet and peaceful at night!! I I am so pleased and excited to be here, I love it!!"

"I've been here for over 8 months...the staff is very responsive. Of course no complex is 100% perfect...but they strive to make it a good place to live. As for the neighborhood, you can't beat the locale...everything is nearby! Highway is also very close. If you're looking for a quiet community, that's safe...this is a good choice. Thanks also to Phillip that quickly solved my problem and even helped me with a hornet's nest!"

"Normally I don’t leave reviews but I stopped by for a tour recently I am moving from another city. I called first to confirm a good time to stop by. Rental office was full of people just hanging out. Very unprofessional. Some woman name Barbara who said she was the assistant or something was trying to give me the information but it was kind of hard to focus with all the commotion going on in the office. Kids were running around, people were sitting around gossiping and making jokes, I could barely understand her because she was talking so fast. I felt rushed like she just wanted to give me the info and get me out. I was so confused at the end of the interaction I felt like I missed all the key points. I will say the property is very beautiful but staff was very unprofessional. I am continuing my search elsewhere."
